Bezv\u00e1hov\u00fd stav v re\u00e1li vznik\u00e1 ako rovnov\u00e1ha dvoch s\u00edl, napr\u00edklad po\u010das <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adhara.sk\/?page_id=2331\">kozmick\u00e9ho letu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beztia\u017eov\u00fd stav sa nach\u00e1dza napr\u00edklad na obe\u017enej dr\u00e1he okolo Zeme alebo in\u00fdch kozmick\u00fdch telies alebo po\u010das vo\u013en\u00e9ho p\u00e1du v prostred\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 nekladie nijak\u00fd odpor. Ke\u010f\u017ee tak\u00fdto stav nie je v re\u00e1lnom \u017eivote dosiahnute\u013en\u00fd, na padaj\u00face teleso p\u00f4sob\u00ed mikrogravit\u00e1cia. Ani na obe\u017enej dr\u00e1he nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 dosiahnu\u0165 absol\u00fatny bezv\u00e1hov\u00fd stav, iba mikrogravit\u00e1ciu.<\/p>\n<h3>\u017div\u00e9 organizmy v beztia\u017eovom stave<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bezv\u00e1hov\u00fd stav sp\u00f4sobuje kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 aj dlhodob\u00e9 fyziologick\u00e9 zmeny v \u017eiv\u00fdch organizmoch. U stavovcov \u010di\u017ee aj u \u010dloveka sa v rovnov\u00e1\u017eno-polohovom centre v mozgu za\u010dn\u00fa vo\u013ene pohybova\u0165 otolity, ktor\u00e9 na Zemi tla\u010dia na zmyslov\u00e9 bunky a t\u00fdm ud\u00e1vaj\u00fa smer tia\u017ee. V bezv\u00e1hovom stave v\u0161ak otolity za\u010dn\u00fa dr\u00e1\u017edi\u0165 zmyslov\u00e9 bunky n\u00e1hodne, \u010do m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledok morsk\u00fa chorobu, \u010falej pocity tup\u00e9ho tlaku v hlave, pr\u00edpadne \u017eal\u00fado\u010dn\u00fa nevo\u013enos\u0165. Po nejakom \u010dase (nieko\u013ek\u00fdch hodin\u00e1ch a\u017e d\u0148och) sa v\u0161ak rovnov\u00e1\u017eno-polohov\u00fd apar\u00e1t adaptuje na stav beztia\u017ee a nepr\u00edjemn\u00e9 pr\u00edznaky sa stratia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Medzi trvalej\u0161ie efekty patria redistrib\u00facia kvapal\u00edn vo vn\u00fatri tela, hormon\u00e1lne zmeny, ochabovanie svalstva a vyplavovanie v\u00e1pniku z tela. Redistrib\u00facia kvapal\u00edn vo vn\u00fatri tela znamen\u00e1, \u017ee krv sa nahrnie do hornej polovice tela, ke\u010f\u017ee srdce je zvyknut\u00e9, \u017ee ju mus\u00ed pumpova\u0165 proti tia\u017ei. To sp\u00f4sob\u00ed u astronautov s\u010dervenanie a\u017e opuchnutie tv\u00e1re. V priebehu nieko\u013ek\u00fdch dn\u00ed a\u017e t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov sa v\u0161ak cievy adaptuj\u00fa a objem krvi sa zmen\u0161\u00ed. Intenz\u00edvne telesn\u00e9 cvi\u010denia spojen\u00e9 s podtlakov\u00fdm zariaden\u00edm pre doln\u00fa polovicu tela tieto nepriazniv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky zmen\u0161uj\u00fa a zabra\u0148uj\u00fa tie\u017e atrofovaniu svalstva. Niekedy sa stoto\u017e\u0148uje s bezv\u00e1hov\u00fdm stavom. Obvykle sa pod pojmom mikrogravit\u00e1cia rozumie zr\u00fdchlenie od pribli\u017ene 0,01 g a\u017e po nieko\u013eko mili\u00f3ntin g. Norm\u00e1lne priemern\u00e9 gravita\u010dn\u00e9 zr\u00fdchlenie na Zemi je pribli\u017ene 9,8 m\/s<sup>2<\/sup>, \u010di\u017ee 1 g.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mikrogravit\u00e1ciu v okol\u00ed Zeme je mo\u017en\u00e9 dosiahnu\u0165 pomocou vo\u013en\u00e9ho p\u00e1du. Keby teleso vo\u013ene padalo na Zem v prostred\u00ed bez atmosf\u00e9ry, po\u010das p\u00e1du by sa nach\u00e1dzalo v dokonalom bezv\u00e1hovom stave. Nako\u013eko Zem obklopuje atmosf\u00e9ra, ktor\u00e1 kladie ka\u017ed\u00e9mu padaj\u00facemu telesu odpor, v skuto\u010dnosti sa teleso padaj\u00face vo\u013en\u00fdm p\u00e1dom m\u00f4\u017ee nach\u00e1dza\u0165 len v stave mikrogravit\u00e1cie. V zemskej atmosf\u00e9re sa mikrogravit\u00e1cia m\u00f4\u017ee dosiahnu\u0165 napr\u00edklad na palube lietadla lietaj\u00faceho po balistickej dr\u00e1he. Takto dosiahnut\u00e1 mikrogravit\u00e1cia je v\u0161ak pomerne ve\u013ek\u00e1 (okolo 0,01 g) a m\u00f4\u017ee fungova\u0165 len ve\u013emi kr\u00e1tky \u010das (cca 30 sek\u00fand, potom mus\u00ed lietadlo op\u00e4\u0165 za\u010da\u0165 st\u00fapa\u0165). Najefekt\u00edvnej\u0161ie z h\u013eadiska v\u00fdskumu mikrogravit\u00e1cie je dosiahnu\u0165 mikrogravit\u00e1ciu na palube nejak\u00e9ho telesa na obe\u017enej dr\u00e1he okolo Zeme. Na tento \u00fa\u010del boli vyvinut\u00e9 orbit\u00e1lne laborat\u00f3ri\u00e1, napr\u00edklad Skylab, Sa\u013eut, Spacelab a Spacehab. Teleso obiehaj\u00face okolo Zeme sa nach\u00e1dza v stave tzv. dynamickom stave beztia\u017ee. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee gravita\u010dn\u00e9 a odstrediv\u00e9 sily s\u00fa vyrovnan\u00e9. Dokonal\u00fd bezv\u00e1hov\u00fd stav v\u0161ak nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 v re\u00e1li dosiahnu\u0165, preto\u017ee na vesm\u00edrnu lo\u010f alebo stanicu p\u00f4sobia r\u00f4zne \u010fal\u0161ie faktory \u2013 odpor atmosf\u00e9ry, jeho rot\u00e1cia, man\u00e9vrovanie, tlak <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adhara.sk\/?page_id=2887\">slne\u010dn\u00e9ho<\/a> \u017eiarenia, pohyby pos\u00e1dky a n\u00e1kladu. Namiesto bezv\u00e1hov\u00e9ho stavu je teda vesm\u00edrna lo\u010f alebo orbit\u00e1lna stanica v stave mikrogravit\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V mikrogravit\u00e1cii sa \u0161tuduj\u00fa vlastnosti l\u00e1tok, chemick\u00fdch, fyzik\u00e1lnych a biologick\u00fdch procesov (napr. voda nadob\u00fada v mikrogravit\u00e1cii gu\u013eov\u00fd tvar, takisto aj plame\u0148), fyziol\u00f3gia \u010dloveka a vyr\u00e1baj\u00fa sa l\u00e1tky, ktor\u00e9 na povrchu Zeme nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 vyrobi\u0165, napr\u00edklad v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie a kvalitnej\u0161ie polovodi\u010dov\u00e9 kry\u0161t\u00e1ly.<\/p>\n<h2>Pre\u0165a\u017eenie<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pre\u0165a\u017eenie<\/strong> je silov\u00e9 p\u00f4sobenie na teleso alebo organizmus, ktor\u00e9 je v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie ako tia\u017e. Vznik\u00e1 pri zr\u00fdchlenom pohybe telesa, napr\u00edklad pri \u0161tarte rakety, alebo pri prist\u00e1van\u00ed kozmickej lode na Zemi. Miera pre\u0165a\u017eenia sa vyjadruje v n\u00e1sobkoch zemskej tia\u017ee a ozna\u010duje sa p\u00edsmenom g. \u00da\u010dinky pre\u0165a\u017eenia na \u017eiv\u00fd organizmus sa sk\u00famaj\u00fa na centrif\u00fagach.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ak je \u0165ah motoru \u0161tartuj\u00facej rakety kon\u0161tantn\u00fd, zr\u00fdchlenie a teda aj pre\u0165a\u017eenie je prirodzen\u00fdm d\u00f4sledkom toho, \u017ee raketa spa\u013eovan\u00edm svojho paliva str\u00e1ca svoju hmotnos\u0165. Pri prist\u00e1van\u00ed je zase pre\u0165a\u017eenie d\u00f4sledkom straty r\u00fdchlosti tren\u00edm o molekuly vzduchu. Pri \u0161tartoch rakiet s pos\u00e1dkou vznik\u00e1 na nieko\u013eko sek\u00fand pre\u0165a\u017eenie a\u017e 6 g, pri prist\u00e1van\u00ed po balistickej dr\u00e1he a\u017e 10 g.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hlavn\u00e9 fyziologick\u00e9 d\u00f4sledky pre\u0165a\u017eenia na \u013eudsk\u00fd (ale aj in\u00fd \u017eiv\u00fd organizmus) s\u00fa s\u0165a\u017eenie pohybov tela a nepriazniv\u00e9 prelievanie krvi. Niektor\u00e9 \u010dasti tela sa prekrvuj\u00fa, in\u00e9 naopak odkrvuj\u00fa. Pr\u00edli\u0161n\u00e9 odkrvenie mozgu sp\u00f4sob\u00ed najprv do\u010dasn\u00fa stratu videnia, potom bezvedomie a\u017e smr\u0165. Preto je ne\u017eiaduce, aby pri pilotovan\u00fdch kozmick\u00fdch letoch nast\u00e1valo pr\u00edli\u0161n\u00e9 pre\u0165a\u017eenie. Dlhodob\u00e9 pre\u0165a\u017eenie pri \u0161tarte letu s \u013eudskou pos\u00e1dkou nesmie prekro\u010di\u0165 6 \u2013 8 g. Pri nepilotovan\u00fdch letoch je t\u00e1to hranica 10 \u2013 12 g, pri v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch zr\u00fdchleniach by toti\u017e u\u017e mohlo d\u00f4js\u0165 k po\u0161kodeniu a deform\u00e1ci\u00e1m n\u00e1kladu. Tomu je prisp\u00f4soben\u00e1 aj dr\u00e1ha, orient\u00e1cia a \u0165ah motorov nosnej rakety \u010di kozmickej lode.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Odolnos\u0165 \u013eudsk\u00e9ho organizmu vo\u010di pre\u0165a\u017eeniu m\u00f4\u017ee ovplyvni\u0165 aj dobr\u00e1 fyzick\u00e1 kond\u00edcia, vhodn\u00e1 poloha kozmonauta v lodi, d\u013a\u017eka jeho predch\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho pobytu v stave beztia\u017ee, r\u00fdchlos\u0165 narastania pre\u0165a\u017eenia, okolit\u00e1 teplota a obsah kysl\u00edka v kab\u00edne lode. Pri stredne ve\u013ekom pre\u0165a\u017een\u00ed (nieko\u013eko g) sa \u013eudsk\u00e9 telo na pre\u0165a\u017eenie adaptuje a asi po 10 sekund\u00e1ch jeho odolnos\u0165 vzrast\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Najlep\u0161ie \u010dlovek zn\u00e1\u0161a pre\u0165a\u017eenie v smere hru\u010f \u2013 chrb\u00e1t, kde je schopn\u00fd vydr\u017ea\u0165 nieko\u013eko desiatok sek\u00fand 15 a\u017e 20 g. Najmen\u0161iu odolnos\u0165 m\u00e1 \u010dlovek proti pre\u0165a\u017eeniu p\u00f4sobiacemu v smere nohy \u2013 hlava (tzv. negat\u00edvne pre\u0165a\u017eenie), preto\u017ee nast\u00e1va po\u0161kodenie ciev v mozgu. V\u0161eobecne plat\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm krat\u0161ie pre\u0165a\u017eenie p\u00f4sob\u00ed, t\u00fdm v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie hodnoty pre\u0165a\u017eenia je \u013eudsk\u00fd organizmus schopn\u00fd zn\u00e1\u0161a\u0165. Na kr\u00e1tky \u010dasov\u00fd okamih trvaj\u00faci len 0,1 sekundy vydr\u017e\u00ed \u013eudsk\u00e9 telo pre\u0165a\u017eenie a\u017e 83 g.
